Problem

The diverging click rates

• A large number of users skip most content and go to the "Categories" at the bottom.
• The prepared "Membership Section" and "Editor’s Picks" are being ignored.

The lack of qualified recommendation slots

In those years, as the movie and TV industry thrived, editors often faced the situation where multiple popular programs needed to be promoted simultaneously. However,

• "Today's Recommendations" has the highest traffic, but there is only 1 available slot
• "Membership Section" and "Editor’s Picks" have the lowest traffic, making their slots useless.
